We built this because we needed it ourselves.
Sonoran Luxe Stays is owned and run by people who manage their own portfolio of short- and mid-term rentals across multiple states, with the heaviest concentration right here in the Scottsdale market. We built this as a boutique property management partnership — one where the owners and a senior manager are your direct points of contact, whether this is your first investment property or your hundredth.
We know firsthand that most owners don't fail because of the property — they fail because nobody is running the day-to-day behind it, consistently and honestly. We built this to solve that for our own homes first, and now we do it as a partner for other owners too.
Our approach
We manage every property the way we manage our own — with a fixed process for onboarding, a real person accountable for your account, and reporting that tells you the truth about how it's performing.
That includes the standard we hold properties to. Our own portfolio is a high-end one, and we bring the same quality furnishings, interior design, and amenities to the properties we manage for other owners.
We'd rather tell you a property needs work before you sign than overpromise to win the account. And having had our own properties managed elsewhere in the past, we know hidden fees and markups are the most common frustration — so we don't have any.

Sonoran Luxe Stays is owned and operated by Lori and Eric Gaudio, who run their own portfolio of short- and mid-term rentals with a heavy concentration in the Scottsdale market — and bring more than 55 combined years of real estate investment and corporate leadership experience to running yours.
Eric Gaudio

Eric brings over 20 years of real estate investment experience across the U.S., sharp financial instincts, and deep expertise in tax law, along with a track record of building companies from the ground up. He leads with the strategic, portfolio-level thinking of an investor — the guidance behind where and how your property fits the bigger picture.
Lori Gaudio
Co-Owner
Lori brings more than 35 years of corporate America experience — and now puts it to work on the side of the business guests actually feel, overseeing day-to-day guest experience and managing the cleaning staff who keep every property guest-ready. She holds a master's degree from the University of Michigan, and brings both expertise and genuine care to the people she works with.
